You will feel more focused and will find more joy in doing day to day things which your brain may currently consider to be boring.

👉 Spend quality time with family and friends: During offtime, you can spend more quality time with your friends and family. As you have no social media usage and no smartphone usage possibilities, you can easily focus on spending time with your loved ones without any distractions.
