This is how to get the drive to work. Uninstal the app. Insert the drive into your phone. Go into your settings. Find the drive, usually under storage. Format the drive. Go into your file manager/file explorer and find the item you want to move. Select and hold the file. Choose the move or copy option. At the top of your screen there should be a navigation thread. Go back to your usd drive and select it for the destination for your file.

the book words you cant even really see to follow the insturctions also the flash drive wont even connect so that I can see my pics. also the little power flash drive does not have enough power to work. that is what its telling me. so what do we do with a product that dont work???
