The app is ok (a little busy and non-linear sometimes) and customer service is top-notch - Amazing - My issue is the company is based on live, fresh, healthy feeder animals and can't deliver that. Last two orders all posted information on Dubai and by shipper has been inaccurate & bugs show up dead, huge, or missing. Replacement somehow ships next day after reaching out and arrives exactly how ordered. Skip step 1.

I ordered from Dubai for the 1st time, crickets were supposed to be medium, and they are super small, my Dubai roaches never arrived. No response from them. I now have to spend more money to feed my lizards until the crickets grow. Unacceptable that roaches didn't arrive that's 35.00 they stole from me.

Very hard to use because of constant popups. At checkout, I couldn't figure out how to enter my rewards code. Also, their main site doesn't allow logins on Firefox. I'll be finding a different supplier.
