No customer support they take thousands of my money yet they don't care about their customers. Asma customer support representative kept refusing my request to change my car category as I was being effected negatively because of the additional lettering in their website motor section. She refused to provide manager or supervisor and kept repeating the same message. 0 customer care even though I pay 4k AED every 2 months. Worst app and worst customer care!!!

Biggest scam company ever. Paid for them to sell my car and for home inspection. Sorry location is not covered bring it to the Hub 30 mins from my house. I get the car inspection done they find a buyer and ask if they can see the car. I say ok come to my house and look at the car. No I have to bring the car to the Hub again in the middle of the work day. Can I leave the car at the Hub so that I don't need to go there every time? You can't leave it with us. Paying for a service they can't provide
