I love the rewards' app it's amazing. Love the deals and the gas rewards. But the Duck Through store on 1052 Highway 158 Elizabeth City, NC, employees are very rude, nasty, and very dishonest. They will sit there and know they charged you too much or didn't give you the right amount of change and then tell you they can't do anything about it. But the next day you go in and the same employee(s) that got you are in there talking about what they did to you and laughing. I refuse to go into there.

Typical "app"; it crashes and doesn't work. I have been having issues registering with this "app" for several years. I just came back to see if I could register now; nope. It tells me that my email address is already in use. Yeah, it is, but I never got a rewards card or was ever able to sign in, so yeah, I know. I still can't sign in without the typical "We Hit A Snag!" message. I've grown weary of everyone and his brother Bob attempting to get an "app" for their business that doesn't work.

Every time I try to use the app to get a discount on gas or anything it says my phone number is wrong which is not true and this has been going on for months you guys have got to fix this is just driving me insane. I've started going to speedway because of this at least I get my rewards and my 25 cents off every gallon!

Only works half the time and I'm sick of it I spend too much money at duck through to keep being told it ain't going through you all need to fix it cause speedway is just as close I could walk the other way with no hesitation.
