Best search engine ever, built-in privacy with AI summary and chat services, super awesome when paired with Firefox
★★★★★Padma Rao· Oct 2, 2026
This is good for privacy and safety. And this is pressurized for stop tracking. Thank you for keeping me safe.

Privacy is good! Anything that helps you be more secure and helps protect your online footprint is a good thing!
★★★★★Jeremy Perks· Sep 15, 2026
It's very easy to use and doesn't have a huge number of unnecessary features. It's a good, solid, simple, quick and efficient browser, and I like it.
★★★★★Kasun Dilpahan· Sep 15, 2026
Runs smoothly and easy to use. The most important things is we can enable or disable AI search results, so I don't want to bother with getting Ai search result for everything I search in DuckDuckGo unlike other major browsers.

I installed the Duck.ai website through brave browser first and then when I opened that and checked all my conversations it showed a link to install the app on Google Play... so I deleted the brave browser link that was on my home screen and tried the app via play store, and I must say, the Brave browser install was much better. This app here feels like bloatware. I would suggest the developers try my method and see how that works.

Neat security features, but: Many links do not open in their respective apps anymore, because DuckDuckGo does not allow link-forwarding to the OS. Whitelisting certain domains would help in my case, but that's not possible, because DuckDuckGo doesn't give you any options to modify security settings. All on or all off! The lack of control over security settings is an absolute NoGo and the sole reason for my 1-star rating.
★☆☆☆☆Timothy Robbins· Sep 25, 2026
The thousands of tracking attempt that used to be blocked when using my browsers, especially Firefox, are now not blocked. On top of that, every time they update this app they change the interface. This is extremely annoying.
