Dukançi

Dukançi is a unified shop management app for retailers, online sellers, boutiques, and growing businesses. It brings orders, inventory, customers, sales, expenses, payments, and deliveries together in one convenient place.
CREATE AND MANAGE ORDERS
Create an order with customer details, delivery address, products, shipping cost, and discount. You can also create simple text-based orders without building a complete product catalog.
Received an order through a messaging app? Upload a screenshot and let Dukançi extract available order information. Review the details before saving to ensure everything is correct.
Track each order through pending, shipped, and delivered stages. Monitor whether payments are paid, partially paid, or unpaid. Record payments, check outstanding balances, add notes, and view the order timeline.
CUSTOMER ORDER TRACKING
Generate a tracking code and shareable link for every order. Send the link to customers through WhatsApp or another messaging app so they can follow their order’s progress.
Customers can also sign in using their phone number to view all their orders in one place.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Create a product catalog with product names, SKUs, categories, cost prices, selling prices, currencies, and stock quantities. Search products, see available inventory, and identify low-stock items.
Set a low-stock alert for each product and review the expected margin between its cost and selling price.
SALES INSIGHTS
Understand how your shop is performing with useful sales information. Review total revenue, average order value, estimated net margin, monthly sales, total orders, sales trends, and top-selling products.
CUSTOMERS AND EXPENSES
Keep customer information organized and search by name or phone number. Select an existing customer when creating an order to save time and reduce repeated data entry.
Record business expenses alongside your sales activity for a clearer view of your shop’s performance.
DELIVERY AND COURIER RECONCILIATION
Assign delivery drivers, update delivery progress, and manage cash-on-delivery orders. See how much money couriers owe your shop and mark cash as received after settlement.
BUILT FOR SHOPS IN IRAQ
Dukançi supports Iraqi dinars and US dollars, with an adjustable USD-to-IQD exchange rate. Structured fields for Iraqi governorates, cities, towns, zones, and nearby landmarks make delivery addresses easier to manage.
MULTILINGUAL AND EASY TO USE
Use Dukançi in English, Kurdish (Sorani), or Arabic. Kurdish and Arabic include right-to-left layouts. Light, dark, and system appearance modes are also available.

Add staff members and assign suitable roles. Shop owners can maintain control of management features while employees focus on their assigned responsibilities.
