I have never had any problems with the app. Checking test results, scheduling appointments, communicating with physicians offices is just a click away and that type of convenience really takes a load off! Can I leave zero stars??? This is impossible to use, or decipher, or find the right segment of, or ANYTHING ELSE!!! Things that "should" be updated automatically, like the Covid vaccinations, are not. Things that once get onto it can not ever be removed and clutter things up for years, apparently. There are both letters and messages, so one is always in the wrong place! It is probably the most confusing app I have ever seen, and that takes a lot of doing!

When my pcp was switched from fox valley two duly my family was told that they had no insurance because duly suxass. When my daughter went to the emergency room with covid in West Virginia she was denied help because you dumb people canceled my coverage even though I was still paying every week through my payroll deduction. So I think you are discriminating against single FATHERS. Your racist against single men with children and no help from their ex. You sux ! THAT'S WHAT I THINK ABOUT duly !
