It's a very good game but one day it just stopped loading. It loads to exactly 17% each time I try to play the game and then stops. Please fix this.

I played this game for a very long time, and spent a fair amount of money on gems and such. Unfortunately, my good experience became a bad experience, when a glitch kept informing me that an "update" was available. Having no success in downloading it, I tried to delete the game and reinstall, because my progress is saved to my google game profile and the cloud. Or so I thought. Half of my progress was fully lost, and no response from their support team when I reached out in email. Disappointed.

I used to be able to play this game on my phone (Moto G pure) but now it says it's not available on the play store. I can play castle cats but not dungeon dogs? Why? Hopefully this gets fixed somehow.
