I love this game! But I can't seem to get back on the game anymore. Crashes each time I loaded it with internet and doesn't load offline. It was running just fine without internet. No problems until recently. I'm sad I can't get back on the game.

I played this game for a very long time, and spent a fair amount of money on gems and such. Unfortunately, my good experience became a bad experience, when a glitch kept informing me that an "update" was available. Having no success in downloading it, I tried to delete the game and reinstall, because my progress is saved to my google game profile and the cloud. Or so I thought. Half of my progress was fully lost, and no response from their support team when I reached out in email. Disappointed.

It's a very good game but one day it just stopped loading. It loads to exactly 17% each time I try to play the game and then stops. Please fix this.
