No cash option. I dont like using my card for things like coffee. This app only gives you points if you use a card to pay. You do have the best coffee, but i will get it less often because other coffee shops have better reward systems

After I downloaded the app and tried to use it, it asked me to enter my Zip code to find a dunn bros. It said there were no Dunn Bros in that zip code. Uh, I was standing in the Dunn Bros in that zip code! Tried several times with no success. Then tried linking a credit card to the installed app. The error message I got read "oh noes! Your cvv code is not correct". It was valid. I deleted the app. Too bad.
