*Update* App function has improved overall. Still glitchy in some transactions, like trying to pay balance with gift card while also redeeming Rewards dollars. It seems to work if cashier manually enters gift card # after scanning for rewards, but this is inconsistent. Original post:Have had an issue with app on almost every transaction. Seems to be trouble between app and store POS, making reward redemption difficult. Staff don't seem to have been trained well on it, but I don't fault them for it.

Saved payment methods have been removed (it says temporarily but has been months), and it won't even run on my pixel 8 pro, just hangs loading. Dunn needs an app that matches the awesome quality of their service, food, and coffee.

Try again Dunn Bros. No way to pay for my coffee with the app if i don't have a gift card, so I have to have my phone and my card. This app stinks, its super glitchy, many times I went to use the app it wouldn't even start up. It's a good thing y'alls coffee is so great, or I would have stopped getting my coffee just for the abomination of an app you all created.

It's my new favorite coffee, and sadly, it's not my favorite app. Dunn Bros. is far superior to other, bigger chains, but it's hard to navigate their menu as a newcomer. The app doesn't make this easier—it resets back to the start whenever you back out of a drink; the nutrition information is lacking, as is caffeine amounts; it becomes hard to customize as the price becomes inaccurate vs ordering at time of purchase; etc. Perks are you earn rewards easily and get nice offers.
