One less star because of a minor usability thing which would make life easier for those us who need to type in codes into the app. The keyboard does not open up to the numpad or keyboard + number row at the top when clicking on Enter Code from a notification. Instead, it opens to the default keyboard without the numbers requiring Pressing+Holding or manually switching to the keypad. Otherwise, it works well. I don't have issues receiving the appropriate notifications, either.

Love the fact that when saving in cloud as a backup. Transfer one phone to the other everything is good to go. Unlike other security/ authenticator apps. You set auto save to cloud for backup, but nothing was saved. And lost everything.

I've always used Duo Mobile as my go-to two-factor authentication app for all my accounts, and it fulfills its purpose perfectly. It's a highly reliable tool that does exactly what it needs to do, while being completely free and refreshingly ad-free. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a wider variety of icons for the different apps and services we link inside, as it would make visual identification much easier. Overall, it's an excellent and secure tool.

Hard to use. Clicking the notification does not open the app to approve. Just goes to phone home screen, have to launch app manually, several clicks to find notification and approve. This is BASIC functionality. Why make it that hard to do?

The app just locks you out of your accounts when u got a new phone. I am now locked out of my account because it"couldn't find any accounts".it could have an automatic backup for accounts ... truly frustrated
