Comments on Duolingo English Test (DET) for Android

★★★★★ Arshad Khan · Jul 13, 2026

The Duolingo English language test is a highly convenient and affordable test for candidates seeking an alternative to traditional exam platforms like IELTS or TOEFL. It is stress-free because the exam can be taken from the comfort of home.

★★★★★ GURJOT SINGH · Jul 22, 2026

I had a great experience with the Duolingo English Test. The test was convenient because I could take it from home, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The questions were engaging and assessed all four English skills—reading, writing, listening, and speaking—in a balanced way. I also appreciated how quickly I received my results. Overall, it's an affordable, efficient, and reliable English proficiency test that is accepted by many universities worldwide.

Couldn't finish setup with the duolingo to take the test. Wasted an hour of my life

★☆☆☆☆ Nanish Tech LTD IT Consultant · Jul 13, 2026

This is the absolutely worst app. Would not recommend to my enemy. I spent 3 hours setting up my exam environment. Finaly got to start the exam and the app told me to set up my environment again... total time wasted 4 hrs setting up the environment... I regret buying this test module. Completely useless...

It does not make sense the reason and gave the same reason about my camera, I have already followed every single rule.
