This is the "New" app for Duval County School system in Duval County FL. This now replaces the old "DCPS" app and allows parents to see the new "Rooms" messenger app.

Leave it to Duval County to create something that doesn't work. Rooms doesn't work the lunch menu doesn't even have southside middle listed as a school and where's the link for volunteers this app is useless and is a joke. Just like our education system!

This app is horrible. The only thing that works is the school colander. Cannot get on the "ROOMS" Cannot contact teachers Cannot Pay for field trips all the in the "online pay" portion. And they were supposed to send a code to complete sign up of rooms. Been waiting a week for that. Someone needs to fix this. This is beyond frustrating. I need to communicate with my child's school, and they are making it extremely difficult! I would put zero stars if I could.

I'm not clear on how this new app is better than the other. So the family portal is not direct to focus, but is an url that isn't linked so still have to go the web browser to access one view and then go to focus. It's not a streamlined app. What is the point of rooms. No teacher had posted or given any indication that they plan to post there. I prefer the old app, it took me to focus to see the grades. Shortcut to the website is better than this.
