Best place for clothing, the store itself was a vibe and relaxing, the quality of the clothes are actually fired, and have big shoes and was surprised, didn't think I'd find my size at the store, but I did and was pretty satisfied and will go again at some point I definitely recommend for new commers

So slow in reacting (provided it does at all) to your input during the whole checkout process. Like, so slow it should be illegal to be so slow. Be happy I really wanted the chair, otherwise I'd have closed it without ordering.

Every time I tried using the bitmap in the app it would automatically close before being able to finish or pop-up with some kind of caching error. Edit March 4th. I appreciate the response back from the DXL team saying I need to use an Apple device, but there is an update note from February 19 saying the Bitmap is now available for Android. I think there is some communication breakdowns somewhere.

Low effort app with an awful user experience. It feels about as janky as an app can get, one might be surprised to know this app is not a new release, it's always been this bad. Check out the sizing charts, they are cut off and have no scrolling available. Really feels like someone made this app but has never bothered to use the app, so they don't know how bad the experience can be.

App doesn't work properly no matter how many complaints or how many years same nonsense. It's 2026 and app still freezes and clears out stuff in cart when it logs you out. Horrible app for such a large store. . . As an Elite member with DXL for many years - this is super safe to see how they force customers in store due to their online presence
