Pratham’s Dynamic Data Entry Application is a customizable tool that significantly eases the
procedure of qualitative and quantitative data collection on-field.
It enables effective decision making through real-time data and facts, not only helping in
building an effective strategy for organisations in the development sector but also

question types ranging from geographical location to images.
Offline Accessibility: Users can collect and save data easily, even from zero connectivity
areas.
Rule management: Enabling/disabling questions based on user's responses.
Data Sourcing & Response Coding: To simplify and standardise the collection and analysis,
the option of encoding along with data sources helps create dynamic dropdown questions
and facilitates the ease of using a dashboard.
Response Validation: Admin can validate responses by questions as well as limits in digits
and values.
Supports regional language: Curated regional language scripts for creating and filling the
forms.
