★★★★★ Ebay need to take some accountability when things go wrong. I understand that the buyer has opened this return request stating that item is not as described & now claims return for it. However, you sent the item as per description, and thus you disagree with buyer's return reason. Please allow me to discuss the status of this case and the options we have to resolve this concern. First of all, we trust that you did your part by listing the item as accurately as possible. We also know that you

★★☆☆☆ NOTHING BUT SHILL BIDDING. Just tried my luck at like 20 auctions and EVERY SINGLE one that I placed a bid on....sometimes bidding $20 more than what the current bid was at.... The second I placed my bids I get notified that I've already been outbid. The only way that's happening is the sellers have extra accounts, and they're SHILL bidding. Shame on you for allowing this eBay. I won't even bother trying to use ebay ever again, it's a complete waste of time.

★★☆☆☆ I JUST RECENTLY STARTED USING EBAY AND SO FAR 50% OF MY ORDERS HAVE BEEN WRONG. THE VENDORS SENT THE WRONG ITEM. I'M DONE USING EBAY AS SOON AS MY LAST ORDER THAT WAS WRONG IS REFUNDED. VENDORS ARE INCOMPETENT. YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU BUY THROUGH EBAY.

★★☆☆☆ Saved sellers within the search feature no longer are clickable in the mobile app. You have to go through some roundabout way to get to it. With the stock of eBay plummeting, you would think they would care more about their platform. Quit adding irrelevant features and just make it work correctly. eBay is turning for the worse and I let customer service know exactly how I felt the other day. I know they don't care, but someday they will when they wake up and there is no eBay customer service

★★☆☆☆ I haven't upgraded to the November 4, 2025, version, but switching logins & logging in has become more complicated than necessary. Once I sign out & want to log in to another one, when I hit the Sign-In button and I see a welcome back popup which shows me options to sign in with Google, or with password. Then I have to hit switch account to switch accounts. When I hit the account I want, I have to go back to the popup asking if I want to sign in with Google or pasword. Which is wholly unnecessary.
