E-Cell AMP

E-Cell.com has a great new alternative to alcohol monitoring! For low-risk, non-violent offenders, we have developed E-Cell AMP which provides reliable alcohol monitoring, real time gps tracking using your own cell phone. It will automatically notify court officials if a violation occurs. By simply requesting the offender’s location during a specified time range, the official can determine exactly where the individual has been.

This new app eliminates the need to wear a bulky Alcohol Monitor, but instead use our discreet mobile Alcohol Monitor. You simply keep your cell phone with you at all times for identity verification. It also allows law enforcement to be in touch 24/7, something never before available! No need to search through records to get addresses or phone numbers, simply log in and get whatever information you need or contact offender direct!

E-Cell AMP is a plus for the offender who can maintain employment and doesn’t have to spend time in jail; for the courts that have an alternative to sending people to jail; and to the jail systems that are so overcrowded. It is a given that house arrest is a great asset, and this E-Cell app is the most advanced system available.
