Can you please test the updates thoroughly before releasing them in the future? Quite apart from anything else, it was only two days since the previous update was rolled out. Anyway, your latest update release (today) is unsuitable to the point that the system is rejecting it. I wouldn't expect to find updates on a particular app more than about once a month anyway, so why this has been released for my device so soon? I can't understand that at all.

Why you have the fingerprint login AND I ALWAYS NEED TO USE THE LOGIN DETAILS???? I USING THE FINGERPRINT LOGIN, BUT AFTER 2–3 LOGINS I WANT TO Log IN AND IS OFF, ASKING AGAIN EMAIL ADDRESS, LOGIN. VERY, VERY ANNOYING!!!

App won't update. Why can't you get real-time usage

Simply appalling. It asks if you want fingerprint authentication, you say yes, then you have to enter your email and password anyway. Then it can take up to 2 minutes for it to actually kick into gear. Then it won't update, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it wouldn't install either. And why does it take 7 days for my direct debit to appear on my balance. Maybe the fat cat profits could be spent on understanding IT. Yawn. Eon Next. Next what ?

Sick of E.ON HARASSING me to get a smart meter, i put on my setting on app no contact for 6 months done it 3 times,when I log in, it still there book a smart meter, ontop of that ringing me up now saying my electric meter out of date, need a smart meter fitting but won't tell me any info about it, googled it there on E.ON ringing you up saying that you electric meter out of date, i lived here 20 years no other company said this, all to get you to get a smart meter, constant HARASSING me I will be swopping
