e-rovinieta.ro is the only mobile application that you can use to pay the Romanian national road network toll (the electronic rovignette), powered by www.E-rovinieta.ro.

Every motor vehicle owner in Romania is bound by law to pay the aforementioned toll if he wishes to drive on any national road outside city limits. It is important to know how much the toll is, who has to pay it, what its legal grounds are and, especially, where we can buy it from!

The application is owned by UNTRR –The National Union of Road Hauliers from Romania is an independent, apolitical non-governmental professional and employers' organization was founded in 1990 on democratic principles.
UNTRR promotes and defends hauliers' interests both domestically and internationally. Since its foundation, it has registered more than 13,000 members, i.e. operators who perform domestic and international haulage and passenger transport.

UNTRR is an official partner of CNADNR (Romanian Roads Authority) for vignette comercialisation purposes
