HOW IT WORKS
Every week you're matched head-to-head against another real runner in your league. Record a qualifying run, and the fastest time wins. Win your matchup for 3 points, finish without winning for 1, and miss the week for 0. At the end of each 20-week season, the top runners are promoted and the bottom runners are relegated — just like a real sports league.

CLIMB 100 TIERS
From League Eight all the way up to the Premier League and the elite Platinum and Gold divisions, there are 100 levels to climb. Every league holds 20 active runners, so there's always real competition for promotion.

CHOOSE YOUR DISTANCE
Compete across six distances — 2.5K, 5K, 7.5K, 10K, 15K and the Half Marathon. Pick the distances that suit you and switch them up at the start of each new season.

AUTOMATIC RUN SYNC
No manual logging, no cheating. Connect Apple Health, Google Health Connect or Garmin and your runs are imported automatically, with the league using your official qualifying time.

SEPARATE, FAIR LEAGUES
Men's, Women's and Other league pyramids run side by side, with a Combined view so you can see how you stack up against everyone.

TROPHIES & RECORDS
Build your trophy cabinet, earn achievement badges, track your personal bests and look back over your full season history. Your lifetime peak rank is preserved forever.

Keep running to keep your place — go inactive for 30 days and a bot takes your slot until you return. Come back any time and reclaim your spot.
