Inefficient app. Making fee payment is a nightmare! Feels like an amateur app that's still in its early stage of development. For UPI payments, it asks us to select a UPI app. When we do, it says there are no supported apps! Then it shows payment is processing but nothing happens. After all that, we have to wait for another 30 minutes to try another payment. Very annoying.

It is better if we can add multiple child to one user for the same parent. If someone has 3 child studying in same school, it is not easy to put different user and password for each child

Why there's always an update each and every day and that's such a nuisance. Students are confused about where their notices come from school. WhatsApp or Ess- connect? They could simply say that they've posted it in ess. Then why should they create a school WhatsApp group?

14.98.2024 What is the actual use of this app other than seeing the profile photo!!!! Can't see the timetable, attendance, can't pay fee, most of the icons are showing no data....it's a non baked cookie...can't even say half-baked one....testing the beta version?????
