Double charge when switching to HIGHER subscription...ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I switched last minth (9th if June) from 325 aed/month to 500 aed/month. I was notified that new sub will be calculated pro rata and I clicked to switch to it immediately. No I did NOT read the VERY small letters (as it was urgent to step up from 10mbps to 7nlimited - because there wan NOTHING in between) saying that if I switch immediately. I WILL HAVE TO PAY BOTH RATES THAT MONTH REGARDLESS OF ME USING ONLY ONE (NEW)?!

The app can't do simple things like login using UAE pass. It even authenticates using uae pass but then can't even select any primary account.

Worst experience ever. We placed a request for a new connection yesterday and over email they confirm 24 hrs as timeline. The installation person came 10pm and has zero knowledge. He assured he is raising a complaint and someone from team will reach out to us first thing in the morning but today since morning we called their cc several times but got only 100s of apologies and no resolution now as per latest update we will get an update by tomorrow morning whether they will be able to do it or not
