Pathetic service.... Please don't go with this travels.. I booked ticket from Vapi to Pune, bus arrived 45 mins late (after midnight). My seat already used and driver allotted seat to another on road passenger, seat was dirty , littered juice , fruit and waste spread all over seat. When asked to Driver about cleaning he refused and told me to talk to office and told if you want then travel then it's your choice contact office and ask for refund 😡... this was happening at midnight... 12:30 am.

Its not a passenger bus, it's a goods (cargo) service company. Always reach late to its destination in comparison with other bus operator. I experience the same in my last 4 journey from Mumbai to udaipur & return.
