A very nice app Its basic but helpful, you can guess a single not or a whole measure. Those silly sounds "win" "loose" can be removed on options button. I only have a suggestion. The answer for the whole measure pass very fast and you can't modify your choice.

Bass clef wrong The sight reading in the bass clef is wrong. It is actually the treble clef that is used in both the clefs in sight reading. I uninstalled this app.

Won't change instrument I tried to change it from piano to violin like 6 times and it always went right back to piano. I downloaded this for some refresher because it's been a while, but I don't know anything about the piano so this is no help to me. I would possibly re install if this issue was fixed
