They are willing to work with you if you have good history with them, and they look into problems with your account quickly. All the humans I have talked to through customer service have been nice and helpful when I do need them. Please try earnin. You won't regret it nearly as much as any other one of these apps on the market

I have never been angrier with this app. Up till today this was a great app. For whatever reason, the app disconnected my bank. I reconnected it, and they took out money a week earlier than usual. Here is what this caused: 1. Multiple NSF charges which Earning will not reimburse you for. 2. The money that was mistakenly taken early will not be refunded till 1-2 business days which will cause us to be late on other payments and incur more fees. 3. There is no live person to talk with. All chats.

I've earned over $50 by playing games and another $2 doing surveys. Nice right? So I created a tip jar for the earnings to be deposited into. I then got an email stating my tip jar was created. Then I got an email stating my earnings were deposited into said tip jar. My tip jar is nowhere to be found now! All customer support says is it's under review and to wait. I'm not even able to create a new tip jar now either. Seems like I'm being scammed for money. I've always paid them back on time.

Earning did not work for me. I couldn't gwt past the bank connection, and they also don't connect with Chime which some of them don't like Earning. Thanks no thanks
