★★★★★ Nostalgia! A great, simple to use live background for fans of the old XCom. Comes with several nice tweaks like sun angle and rotation speed, as well.

★★★★★ Potentially the Ultimate Wallpaper A while back, Eric Meyer posted about the "Ultimate Ringtone", which is the audio to the Yip-yip aliens from Sesame Street discovering and imitating a ringing phone. I feel this wallpaper fills a similar niche, that of having a perfect subject for a limited crowd of "in the know" people. I'd give it one extra star if there were some sorts of interactivity built in to the wallpaper. Prime candidates would be manual rotation (EDIT: the developer added this in an update!) and pinch zooming. The final star would be for the killer feature of connecting unread SMS & emails with UFO detections / landing sites / terror sites. :)

★★☆☆☆ Great idea. Doesn't work droid ultra I love the idea of this wallpaper. Unfortunately it did not work well on the Droid Ultra. The graphic is choppy and there are gaps in the world on either side. I love the Xcom games and having the geoscape would be wonderful as a wallpaper.

★★☆☆☆ Settings cause crash Nice but on my HTC m8 the settings menu won't open, trying to open it just crashes the app. Shame!
