Works as intended. a bit of lag on camera but that's fine. Actually warns me when I'm getting close to ear drum, which is fascinating and didn't realize it could do. I actually really like that feature and is rather specifically why I'm giving a rating.

The device works flawlessly. I had it up and running on my first attempt. If you're experiencing issues, it's likely due to not following the instructions closely. Please refer to the provided instructions rather than relying on your outdated methods.

I couldn't connect at first, then I saw someone's comment about a VPN. As soon as I turned that off it connected immediately. Camera quality isn't HD, but its detailed enough to see in your ear. It has a flip camera option which helped me alot. The tools that come with it are sturdy, they are not attachments. They are cleaning tools, I wouldn't recommend using them on yourself since you can't see how deep you're going.

When I first got it, it worked great. Now, I can't even connect to the app. Wants permission, which I did and still doesn't work. It's so frustrating.

Does not connect to android phone. And the device you need this app for won't work on any other app. It also won't work without the app. Total waste of money.
