So. I tried the free lesson. And picked up some things by osmosis. Just listening! So I bought the more than reasonably priced package. Now I'm learning Italian on my way to the supermarket! I'm learning Italian in the waiting room of the doctor's office. Or while cooking dinner. Walking the dog. Or doing the laundry! The customer support team is as good as it gets. They answered my inquiry on Sunday! For less than the price of a dinner out. I'm Learning Italian!! Gracie mille!!

I've used Earworms before trips to Italy, Spain, and France. The printout with phrases and phonetic pronunciations is an extremely helpful learning tool and the lessons are easy to listen to while doing housework and exercise. Just being able to greet people, order and ask directions in someone else's language goes a long way to making our travels more enjoyable.

A great concept, I have one of their courses on CD from years ago, so I was pleased to see they now have an app. I bought the Greek course to prepare for a holiday, but I'm really disappointed by the app user experience. I'm unable to download the accompanying PDF, and the app will not run in the background. I had hoped to listen to the course while driving but when trying to use alongside Google Maps, playback seems to randomly stop, or skip tracks, so I'm not able to use it as intended.

I bought the three-pack for French, which was not cheap, and when I switched phones and downloaded the app, the app sits on the initial splash screen for several seconds but will not open. I love what this app is trying to do, but I am annoyed I spent all this money and can't get it to work. I've uninstalled & reinstalled it twice.

They claim the trial is free ("gratis") when in fact it's not. They're not willing to share any free pre-view experience, to make it worth the money they're asking for. Therefore, it's a scam and does nothing to prove itself trustworthy.

The gratis samples will not download. Every attempt to do so returned CONNECTION SERVER error. Keep trying, Earworms, but I have moved on. I don't have time to waste.
