Appalling service. I'll never be using the Easi app again. Placed my first order, which was prepared promptly by the restaurant, but took a further HOUR to travel the 5 km distance to our home. During the wait, my two calls to the driver were unanswered, the app chat function was offline, and when I phoned customer service I was offered an $8 voucher (eventually increased to a $10 voucher) to 'compensate' for $64 worth of food that arrived barely lukewarm. I became aware of the app through an offer from AmEx, but I'll be telling AmEx making such offers may be counterproductive for their brand.

The customer service and the deliveries using this app is absolutely terrible. Waiting 3 hours for your food and have to be told to wait an extra hour because the vendors misplaces order. Delivery tracking the communication is terrible. Would never use this app again.

Was told that food will be delivered in 40 min. I waited 2 hours and see nth. Checked the status and display as delivered. Ask customer service and told me to WAIT LONGER till I demanded for a refund. LOUSY AND NEVER USE ANYMORE
