Very bad service, every time I want to deposit a check, it is not possible, I called in talked to Edwin unfortunately was unable to help me, living 140 miles away from the closest branch, it's very difficult situation.

A step backwards. Before, no screen touches were needed to balance my account. Now, I have to touch EVERY transaction TWICE. This is very unfriendly to use. Transactions have useless names like outbound, debit card, etc. with NO DESCRIPTION OF THE TRANSACTION unless two screen taps are done. From NO SCREEN TAPS TO HUNDREDS. TIME WASTER. WRITTEN BY AN IT GEEK, NOT A CUSTOMER. FIRE THE BIZ ANALYST - & SVP - WHO OK'D THIS DEBACLE.
