Installed in seconds. I think the issue that some are having is that after you download and install, there is a message that says "Install on watch." This messages kind of looks like a button, but it isn't, it is instructing. It could be clearer if it told you to go to the watch app to install. On the watch app the new face is in the downloaded section.
