The app is great and pricing is also very nominal. However, A couple of days ago, I found an issue where whenever we try to open our ID, the app forecloses. Two days later, the issue is still unattended. When called, I was asked to WhatsApp the screen recording. The message was not even delivered for 2 days. After 2 days, they took the complainant. I asked them when can I expect the issue to be resolved and again there's no response.

Waste. Even for adding Employee, they need all the details. Why you need all the data.

Not allowing to add employees. Downloaded it on 8th Aug and till today, 12th Aug, message comes, try after some time. You replied after more than a year. Fyi, I shifted to other efficient app, which is working excellent.
