★★★★★ It was a good app, until it doesn't recognize my annual subscription. I purchased annual subscription even before the trial expired. However, it now doesn't recognize it and wants me to subscribe again. My business has been relying on it, but now it turns out to be unreliable. Support is not responding too. EDIT: Eventually, I was able to address the issue and am back on business. Support also responded days after and was apologetic.

★★★★★ I've just done a couple of dummy runs to test some of the features of this app. I don't need an all singing dancing app to print simple receipts but for getting a receipt to print on a small thermal printer, this has to be one of the easiest I've used. And more to the point, it actually printed. Currently, still on the trial but as a small business this might well tick the boxes for me to use it over a longer term. Simple, easy to use.
