It was a good app, until it doesn't recognize my annual subscription. I purchased annual subscription even before the trial expired. However, it now doesn't recognize it and wants me to subscribe again. My business has been relying on it, but now it turns out to be unreliable. Support is not responding too. EDIT: Eventually, I was able to address the issue and am back on business. Support also responded days after and was apologetic.

We have been using this app for almost 2 years. And I should say its super Easy to manage. Never had a problem. We can provide our clients from thermal receipts to printed Invoices from our printer hassle-free. Hello, please help. Your app automatically disconnects the Bluetooth connection from my thermal printer. I have to connect every single time per print. I used to have a nice connection before. Thanks.
