This is a great functional app that allows you to instantly categorize leads and add info when they call and when they call again pulls up their info allowing it to be functional and easy to use and grasp. Never get s call and say I'm sorry what was your project again?

I enjoy the app, it makes it easier to interact with my clients since it automatically brings up their information and note history when call comes in. However, I want to upgrade, and I sent an email 2 weeks ago to support letting them know of an issue before I upgrade. No response yet, followed up today. Once they respond, I will change my rating bc I do like the app so far.

I find it has been very helpful however if I export data in Excel it is jumbled and all in column A and I have a real issue now to find the company, contact, mobile, etc... I need to move on from Easy Leads now as it has become messy and I don't feel I should be paying Monthly Premium when I cannot even export my contacts.
