It takes a bit of getting used to. On the first morning, I began lucid dreaming for a moment and then woke up, but I found the experience unpleasant. I had another go and im glad I did. I wake up feeling refreshed and I couldn't go back to sleep if I wanted to, which is a huge improvement.

I would like an alarm to NOT ask to go into my personal business like files, pics and music. What if I don't have any music on my fone. Too bad ha? What is the purpose in wanting my files on my fone to get an alarm to wake me up.

I really like the idea and I tried to use the app, but so far out of maybe 10 times I used it, 4 times it didn't go off at all and once it went off 10 min after the set time ?! Seems like a pretty important thing for an alarm app. I turned off all battery optimizations for the app, but still nothing.
