Terrible CS No customer support, like someone operating out of a bedroom, have had issues since purchasing, other software available and at less cost.

The app functions adequately, but the customer service experience is incredibly disappointing. I had to return my phone, and unfortunately, I forgot to deactivate my account. When I reached out to customer support, they advised me to purchase a new license for £60, even though I already have an existing license with four months remaining. It would have taken seconds, for them to re-active it and allow me to continue my job. Very, Very Poor! Before you get locked in, I'd look for something better

Shockingly terrible customer service! I must have tried to call over 20 times with no one answering the phone. Finally, when someone does he tell me to send an email! But the email is not responded to. Avoid using these clowns!

BRIAN Harper, he is the most disrespectful business owner I've ever come across. He has made the software unsable and when you ring up for help you can only get help by email. Takes 4 hours to reply to each email, and you can't use the software for 12 hours either if you break your phone or swap phones. That's 12 hours with no software. No software means no certificates. No certificates mean no tenants. Lost customers over this software could not recommend another software more if I tried.
