Tell EasyDiet your age, height, weight, goal and activity level. It calculates your daily calorie target with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and builds a full week of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks that fit it, with portions adjusted to your needs.

192 HEALTHY RECIPES
Omnivore, vegetarian or vegan, every recipe comes with calories, protein, carbs and fat, prep and cooking times, and clear step-by-step instructions. Swap a meal in one tap if you don't feel like it, or move it to another day.

MUSCLE GOAL
Training while losing weight? Turn on the muscle goal: your plan favors high-protein recipes and aims for 2 g of protein per kg of target weight, without changing your calorie target.

AUTOMATIC SHOPPING LIST
Your shopping list is generated from your plan: ingredients are merged, quantities added up and items sorted by aisle. Split it into several trips per week and check items off as you shop.

GUIDED COOKING MODE
