★★☆☆☆ Similar to what appears to be its sister app, it acts like you can do the workouts as long as you don't want a personal plan but as soon as you hit day 4 you can't do any of the workouts without paying...again, only $2.50/mo, but when I can barely afford to pay bills, I can't justify even a small subscription cost. Really disappointed because I really liked a lot of the features of this app! 😕

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded to try to do something while healing from an ankle injury. I specifically told the app that I had an ankle injury, no jumping and preferred couch/seated workouts. Got my day one and included jumping and mountain climbers in the warm-up. 😐
