Super Awesome!! Still dont know what issues people are talking about. I personally think they dont know how to use the app or simple put the wrong details in. I pay all my bills through this app. Infact im using this app more than my FNB payment app!! Very Happy!!

Excellent app, however all of a sudden I am unable to complete a payment. Its taking me to end till the Fnb banking app approves the payment, then it says "oops sorry we are unable to complete the payment at this moment". Is there any reason for this sudden occurrence. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, but no luck. Don't know if its me or its a common occurrence.

Please do not use Easypay as an app to buy prepaid electricity. I have had 3 transactions (money deducted from my account) but NO prepaid vouchers were issued. The only support you get is a chatbot that doesn't actually resolve the issue. Don't use Easypay.

Worst experience. I have paid 100 rand for my prepaid meter. I was first time using this app. I have paid with out login but didn't get the token. Now, I followed up with support team for more than a month with my meter number and mobile number used during the payment. They are still looking into it. But I didn't not yet receive my money or the token... SHAME ON YOU EASYPAY TEAM!!!!

Unable to reload the same card I had loaded, I deleted the card that was loaded for payments as It expired,I am now trying to load the exact same card number from my bank with a new expiry date and all of a sudden does it state "There seem to be some problem adding this card" App department advise I delete and reinstall, which I did and still same issue! Furthermore does the APP and online version not interlink, I have to register twice, why? Makes zero sense, I should use the same credentials
