★★☆☆☆ I have put the Easy Ring doorbell away for now. What works for me: - I could connect central unit with chiming unit. Seems to work well. - I could configure the text shown at the central unit. - I could install the app and get it to connect to the Easy Ring central unit. - I could see the image from the camera on my phone. - When the button was pressed, and the app was active, the phone noticed. The problems: - The app stopped all the time if I tried to do anything like accepting a "ring". - The central unit lost Wi-Fi connection often and became offline All in all I could not get it to work reliably on my Samsung S7, nor with my Wi-Fi setup. The concept and the price are good, and it might be that updated software will fix it. Currently not good enough for me.

★★☆☆☆ The app crashes consistently on opening if connected to the idiophone Wi-Fi network. Same behavior on both Huawei P20 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S7. Tested on the sept 18 upd of the app. The app startes as normal if connected to another Wi-Fi, but then it cannot communicate or interact with the doorbell unit. Will upd review once new version is available.
