How do I connect with the author of this app? I have been unable to connect to Durham Wi-Fi at my university for quite some time now.

This app may work out of the box or not, depending on seemingly random factors. If it doesn't work out of the box, there is nothing you can do as a user. There is no troubleshooting help, no settings to try, nothing.

Whoever thought of the idea of making the certificates expire after 3 months and thus factually force their users into their app infrastructure, actively hates their users.
