Had a little bug last night when my app updated which caused my easy start 368 to brick. Called them this morning. Nick and Matteo (engineer) bent over backwards to get me back up and running. I was fixed within 6 hours and didn't have to send the unit back to be fixed. MAKE SURE THE APP IS FORCE CLOSED BEFORE UPDATING!!! Old software took my start amps from 77 down to 22. With the NEW software, it further took the start amps down to 15.2 Don't sleep on this product. It's MORE than worth it!!!

Would be 5 stars if it actually said what the faults were. The app shows how many faults it's had, but nothing on what those faults actually are! How am I supposed to do something about the faults if I don't know what they are??? It's a very low number of faults in comparison to the amount of start-ups.

Love my easy start it's works excellent as it says it would. Like the Bluetooth data it collects, but I wish it would log the times the AC started very time and not just a total. It could have the startup data recorded for every startup. This help is diagnosed an air leak in the house or at leage just be helpful. It should also log the date you last cleared the data. Lastly it might be nice if it could separate the start-up amps between the fan moter and the compressor the total them again.

The soft start for my 3.5 ton works as advertised, but I spent more money thinking the app would have more features. The Bluetooth only works 8' away and no walls in-between. Also, only works if the unit is on, they could fix this by having a jumper for constant power I'm sure. Only time you can view data is if it's running and that's live data. If the software writers are reading this adds a way to monitor kw usage, live wattage, data storage in app. Otherwise, save the money and get a basic sophist

Cant get what the "faults" are when showing 7 different faults need to be able to connect through a wall ot window. Response is SLOW when questions are asked I have 3 ES units . They are great for what their built for and work Well. The App is a lottle WONKY.

Very simple app to display status and control your an Easy start. It has no security, so anyone within range could change settings. If you have to ACs it will require you to memorize the Bluetooth IDs and manually type them in.
