★★☆☆☆ Won't work? After install I click OPEN, at which point I get a pop-up dialog that says nothing but OKAY and CANCEL. So I hit OKAY and I get redirected to a page that says ITEM NOT FOUND, containing a RETRY button in the middle. I hit RETRY and no luck-- item still "not found"....?
