This is exactly what I've been looking for. Something that would just tell me what to eat! 🥲 I particularly appreciate the exclusions list 🙏🏻 It is kind of lame to not be able to generate meals in advance, so I'll probably end up getting premium.

The fact that the free version is so comprehensive is amazing! Every other app makes you pay to get actual recipes and meal recommendations, while Eat This Much doesn't. That alone is worthy of 5 stars.

I don't know why they think you're psychic. Most people have jobs and the meals they eat are prepared the day before. Unless you buy their "premium" version, you don't get to see meals or grocery lists until the day comes. Yeah, I could just use the current day plan for tomorrow, but it still doesn't show the grocery list for each item on one screen.

Scan to add food is paid. Only support Google fit. Lots of clicks to add food but good if you don't have meal plan it can make one for you.

It recommended 894 calories a day which is dangerously low. I'm 152 cm, 52 years old & workout 7 days a fortnight. I walk everywhere & average 12,000 steps a day. My active calorie burn ranges 250-800 per/day unless in bed with a cold or flu. This is seriously ridiculous. I need to lose 2kgs & because it's such a small amount (4.4 lbs), I'm ok with losing it at a quarter kg per/month. That's just 250 calorie deficit per/day. But it obviously did a massive deficit without thought to basic health.
