Works really well for helping me keep track of what I'm feeling and reflecting on what I eat. Been doing good so far, though I haven't had any of my trigger foods lately, so we'll see how that goes LOL. If I had any complaints it would be that once you submit an entry you can't go back in and edit, so you have to make another one. Overall, though, a good, solid app.

I really like the idea behind this app! I've only been using a few days, but this is a good way to practice being aware of your thoughts and emotions behind your relationship with food. One thing to note: I think I would be helpful to have the most recent journal entries shown at the top of the feed rather than my first one because I have to scroll quite a bit to get to my most recent entry.
