EBF Conference 2024

This is the official app for the EBF Conference 2024, a student conference taking place in Groningen, the Netherlands. The EBF Conference consists of two days, each with its own distinct character. The first day, College Day, will have an academic focus, while the second day will be the traditional Conference Day. College Day is on Thursday, October 3, and the Conference Day takes place on Friday, October 4.

The EBF is the study association for economics and business at the University of Groningen, which ranks among the top one percent of economic and business faculties in the world. With over 4,500 members, EBF is by far the largest and most international student association in Groningen. Throughout its existence, the EBF has established itself as a professional and reliable organization.

Over the past fifteen editions, the EBF Conference has grown into one of the most prominent and prestigious student events in Europe. The EBF Conference is the largest two-day student conference in the Netherlands, annually attracting more than 600 participants, including students, academics, alumni, and business professionals. In the past, we have had the pleasure of hosting many prestigious keynote speakers. Among them are Al Gore (former Vice President of the United States and Nobel Prize laureate), Wim Kok (former Prime Minister of the Netherlands), Marc Kaptein (Medical Director at Pfizer), and last year, Dolf van den Brink (CEO of Heineken).
