In the bank statements it shows only 7 days transactions and in Invoice history it shows that transactions from customer side it does not show the interest transactions, banking charge, etc.

Worst mobile banking app ever in Nepal, you just cannot log in into system with multiple attempts, ever other applications are running smoothly but this app says "No Internet connection" with issue 503 internal server issue. Worst service ever in Nepal. Very bad

Terrible customer service, have paid all the charges and minimum balance to get started with mobile banking but my mobile banking is frozen, and they say to visit the bank, I had been present there physically and submitted my documents physically as well.
