Very Bad experience, would suggest EBL Team to review other bank's applications. Doesn't scan QR, shows No connection even if there is Wi-Fi and the most doesn't work on crucial times.

I wish I could give this bank zero stars. It has been the worst banking experience I’ve ever had—especially when trying to use their services from abroad. Their customer service is just as incompetent as the bank itself. For four months, they have been unable to resolve issues with my mobile banking, and instead of taking responsibility, they make it seem as though the problem is somehow my fault. At this point, my bank accounts feels like a black hole. The level of incompetence is unbelievable.

Every other apps that need Wi-Fi is running properly, other bank apps ran fine too but this is the only app that said no Internet connection despite stable Wi-Fi. Also, after just 4 transactions, incase this app detects network, the app does not open. I have had to resort to other forms of payment just because this useless app decides to give up at the critical moment. Very bad app and the developers/ bank need to work properly.
