Very Bad experience, would suggest EBL Team to review other bank's applications. Doesn't scan QR, shows No connection even if there is Wi-Fi and the most doesn't work on crucial times.

Worst mobile banking app ever in Nepal, you just cannot log in into system with multiple attempts, ever other applications are running smoothly but this app says "No Internet connection" with issue 503 internal server issue. Worst service ever in Nepal. Very bad

Worst banking experience with EBL. I would like to rate -100% as customers services facilities. it's been 5 months completed that I have requested to change my saving ac to remittance ac but still they didn't do it. Nepal's government services are far better than this bank.
