Very poor response. Bank statement shows cash deposite but takes severel hours to reflect on balance, not handy in urgent transaction.

Terrible customer service, have paid all the charges and minimum balance to get started with mobile banking but my mobile banking is frozen, and they say to visit the bank, I had been present there physically and submitted my documents physically as well.

One of the worst bank to exit I have tried logging multiple times it says bad Internet connection try again I can pretty much run anything but can't open a bank software too outdated.

Such a useless app, even if I have excellent strength Wi-Fi it says no internet connection and don't even open with data sometimes. This problem is non-negotiable.

In the bank statements it shows only 7 days transactions and in Invoice history it shows that transactions from customer side it does not show the interest transactions, banking charge, etc.
