This smart restaurant Ecco Pos app is a tablet-based solution specifically designed for the food service industry, enabling a wide range of functions with just one device. It simplifies table management, ordering, and payment processes, enhancing the efficiency of restaurant operations.

Ecco Pos offers visualized table management, allowing clear monitoring of table status, and integrates both dine-in and takeaway order management in one platform. It also features a table reservation system, including integration with Google Reservation services, to streamline and optimize reservation processes.

For flexible payment solutions, the app supports multiple split payment options, including split billing and group splitting, and also enables tax receipt printing for each split.

Various payment methods are supported, including cash, meal vouchers, invoices, Viva Wallet, VNE, Glory, Cashmatic, etc., with real-time payment status display and one-click refunds for order reversals.

Ecco Pos also manages e-invoices during payments, offering direct integration with stampante fiscale for e-invoice issuing and is compatible with various cashier printer brands such as RCH, Epson, 3i, and Axon.

It supports offline usage and provides multilingual interfaces in Chinese, Italian, English, German, French, and Spanish, making it a highly adaptable solution for international users, and an intelligent POS tool for modern restaurants.
