The Ecco app almost works until you try to check out. On Android it won't allow you to update the shipping address. After trying many ways I gave up, deleted the app and found a different pair of shoes from Zappos.

I had a very bad experience with this app. The app promised a discount that was then removed. Customer service was an absolute fail (after my card was declined on their end but approved by my bank). Promised fixes failed to deliver. BIG FAIL!
